Study on green filling mining technology and its application in deep coal mines: A case study in the Xieqiao coal mine

Due to the gradual depletion of shallow mineral resources at present, mines are now gradually entering deep mining stage. To promote safe and efficient green coal sustainable energy development, improve production efficiency paste filling mining, research group has performed this study on technology application working face. Taking face 1241 (3) Xieqiao mine as engineering background, selection experiment materials were carried out, gangue, fly ash cement produced by used aggregate. Next, strength changes before after was obtained theoretical calculation. The early stage no less than 0.13 MPa, that late 2 MPa. Based previous experimental calculation, mixing pumping process material ratio gangue crushing determined, pipeline system designed. Then, based traditional technology, a designed optimized. field results shows goaf had been filled, ground pressure behavior wall significantly weakened, stability surrounding rock effectively controlled. Therefore, method achieved good results, controlled in goaf, provided basis data support for realizing safe, resources. bear important significance value.
